Electrophoresis

Electrophoresis is that the movement of scattered particles in reference to a liquid suffering from a spatially uniform field. It’s the tactic for separation and analysis of macromolecules (DNA, RNA and proteins) and their fragments, supported their size and charge. Electrophoresis of emphatically charged particles (cations) is here and there called cataphoresis, while electrophoresis of contrarily charged particles (anions) is a few of the time called anaphoresis.
